Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges:
Please read our policy for items we normally stock and for Special Orders.

Stocked Items:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the unopened and unused items within fifteen day (15) days, from the order date, for a merchandise exchange , store credit, or refund. Products beyond the fifteen days (15) days from the date of purchase, special orders, and shipping and/or handling charges are NOT returnable or refundable.

All return Items WILL BE INSPECTED and;

Returned Items MUST:

1. Be in resalable condition, unopened and unused with original packing materials, manuals, and blank warranty cards. Any merchandise deemed unsuitable for resale will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

2. For die cutting tools we can only accept them back if everything is in new condition. That means no scratches, impressions on mats or platforms, etc.

  We will only pay return shipping costs if returned items was shipped due to our error.

  Refunds will be issued via original payment method within 7-14 business days.

  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from our Customer Service Department for any items being returned.

  There is NO returns on any electric items unless it is defective (Pazzel, Cricut, Silhouette, Making Memories Slice, etc).

  If you received free shipping with your order, we will charge you shipping we had to pay to get the item to you, unless the exchange was a result of our error.

Special Ordered Items:

Items not normally stocked and special ordered for our customers are not returnable or refundable for any reason. Customers are advised to make sure that these items and quantities are exactly what was wanted.
